Price Structure and Availability

Electricity, heating and linen are included in the price (there will be a heating suppliment for bookings out of season), however guests should bring their own beach towels. No pets are allowed and there is no smoking inside the cottage.
Step 1:  To reserve Bank Cottage for your chosen time of year
please check its availability.

Step 2:  To secure your reservation we will require a deposit of 25% of the cost of your acommodation. This should be  by cheque, made payable Mr J Harris, and posted to:

Step 3:  On receipt of your deposit we will send you written confirmation of your booking.
Step 4:  The balance of the total cost of your accommodation will then become due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date, and this should also be paid by cheque to the address above.

The dates are all laid out below, but sometimes bookings overlap, so exact dates are shown separately at the foot of this page. The cost is in brackets at the end of each available week. If for any reason you are not sure, please feel free to contact us for confirmation :)
